7th Gen Education provides digital educational resources (including downloadable printables such as PDF files) and membership access to premium content. Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we generally do not offer refunds on downloads once access has been provided.

1) Digital Downloads (One-Time Purchases)

All digital downloads are considered final sale once the file is delivered or made available in your account. If you have trouble accessing a file, we will help you fix it (see “Technical Issues” below).

2) Membership Subscriptions

Membership plans provide access to premium printable resources while your subscription is active. You can cancel at any time through your account (if available). Cancellation stops future renewals, and access typically continues until the end of the current billing period.

3) When We May Approve a Refund

We understand mistakes happen. We may approve a refund in limited situations, such as:

• Accidental subscription: You signed up unintentionally and contact us quickly.
• Duplicate charge: You were charged twice for the same subscription period.
• Technical failure: A verified technical issue on our side prevented access to the membership content.

To request review, email support@7genedu.com within 7 days of the charge and include: your account email, the date of purchase/charge, and a short explanation of the issue.

4) Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are typically not provided for:

• change of mind after downloads have been accessed
• lack of use of membership during an active billing period
• issues caused by your device, printer, software, or internet connection (we can still try to help troubleshoot)
• violations of our Terms (including account sharing or unauthorized distribution)

5) Technical Issues & Support

If a file won’t download, the link isn’t working, or you can’t access member-only resources, please reach out. We’ll work with you to fix it as quickly as possible.
