1) Acceptance of These Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a school, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2) Who Can Use the Services

The Services are intended to be purchased and managed by adults (parents, guardians, teachers, or school administrators). If you create an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location).

3) Accounts & Security

• Account accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• No account sharing: Sharing or reselling account access is not allowed.

4) Digital Products & Delivery

7th Gen Education provides digital printable resources (typically PDF files). All products are delivered electronically. We do not ship physical items.

5) License & Permitted Use

Unless stated otherwise on a specific product page, downloads are licensed for personal use (family/household) or single-classroom use by one teacher.

You may:

• download and print resources for your child(ren) or your own classroom
• reuse the files for the same household or classroom

You may not:

• sell, redistribute, or publicly share the files (including in social groups, drives, forums, or marketplaces)
• upload the files to any website, app, or platform where others can access or download them
• remove watermarks/copyright notices or claim the content as your own
• use the content to train or power a competing library, subscription, or worksheet database

6) Memberships, Billing, & Access

• Access: Memberships provide access to premium resources while your subscription is active.
• Recurring billing: If you choose a recurring plan, you authorize us (and our payment partners) to charge the payment method on file at each renewal until you cancel.
• Content updates: We may add, update, or remove content at any time to improve the library and keep it fresh.

7) Cancellation

You can cancel at any time through your account area (if available) or by contacting support. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, access continues until the end of your current billing period.

8) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you will not:

• attempt to bypass paywalls, membership checks, download limits, or other security features
• scrape, copy, bulk-download, or use bots to collect or duplicate our resources
• interfere with the Services or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes

9) Intellectual Property

The Services and all content (including worksheets, designs, text, graphics, logos, and layouts) are owned by 7th Gen Education or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

10) Third-Party Services & Links

The Services may include links to third-party websites or tools (for example, payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

11) Educational Disclaimer

Our resources are designed to support learning. Every child and classroom is different, and outcomes will vary. We do not guarantee specific results, grades, or performance improvements.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7th Gen Education will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, misused the Services, or engaged in fraud or unauthorized sharing. You may stop using the Services at any time.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
