Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Our Commitment

7GenEdu (Seven Hills Iowa LLC) does not sell your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.

We also do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — meaning we do not allow third parties to use your data to serve you targeted ads based on your activity across other websites or services.

What We Do Share

We share limited data only with service providers who help us operate the site (Paddle for payments, Supabase for database hosting, Cloudflare for file storage). These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing their services to us. This is not a "sale" or "sharing" under CCPA.

If you have consented to analytics cookies (Google Analytics), those providers may receive limited usage data. You may opt out at any time through our Cookie Preferences.

Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA

As a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect and how we use it
  • Delete your personal information (with exceptions for legal obligations)
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we don't sell, but this right is preserved)
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information
  • Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out from the sale and sharing of your personal information. No further action is required on your part.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To submit a request:

  • Email: support@7genedu.com with subject line "CCPA Privacy Request"
  • We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. In complex cases, we may extend by an additional 45 days with notice.
  • You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf.
