This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased on 7GenEdu.com, operated by Seven Hills Iowa LLC. All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
Learner (Monthly — $4.99/month)
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any monthly renewal. No conditions, no questions asked.
Educator (Annual — $39.99/year)
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or annual renewal. No conditions, no questions asked.
Legacy (Lifetime — $99.99 one-time)
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No conditions, no questions asked.
After 14 Days
No refunds are available after the 14-day window has closed. You may still cancel your subscription at any time (see Cancellation below).
All Refunds Processed by Paddle
All refunds are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund amounts may vary slightly due to currency exchange rates.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund in two ways:
- Email us: Send a request to support@7genedu.com with your account email and order/transaction number.
- Via Paddle: Use the refund link in your Paddle purchase receipt email.
Cancellation
📋 Cancellation vs. Refund:
Cancelling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. When you cancel, your plan remains fully active until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining time — you simply won't be charged again.
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Explorer (free) plan with 25 free printables.
- You retain access to free Content but lose access to premium Content.

EU/EEA/UK Statutory Rights
If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK legislation (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) grant you a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Our 14-day money-back guarantee meets or exceeds this requirement. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Australian Consumer Law
If you are located in Australia, nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Your rights under the ACL cannot be excluded by contract and take precedence over any commercial refund policy.
